Ensure proper material handling for metal scrap, alloys, and other inputs. Help with the maintenance of melting equipment and report any issues. Assist in casting metal into moulds for the next stage of production. 4. Maintenance Assist in routine maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning. Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on production equipment and systems. Support preventive maintenance tasks , such as lubricating machines, cleaning, and replacing worn parts. Monitor equipment performance and report any abnormalities or breakdowns. Help with the installation and calibration of new machines or systems. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and spare parts. Assist senior technicians in conducting regular inspections of equipment and systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during maintenance activities.
