Job Title: Personal Assistant / Personal Secretary to Managing Director Location: Pune/Indapur, Maharashtra Reporting To: Managing Director Experience Required: 7-15 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant / Personal Secretary to support our Managing Director. This role demands strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. The candidate must be willing to travel to our factory located in Indapur and stay there for extended periods (up to a week or more), as required by business needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar: scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Prepare reports, presentations, minutes, and correspondence with accuracy. Handle confidential documents and ensure proper filing and security. Coordinate travel arrangements, visas, and accommodations. Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities for the MD, ensuring timely follow-ups. Organize and attend meetings, taking detailed notes and ensuring action items are completed. Liaise with other departments to streamline communication and project execution. Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the MD. Perform personal errands or administrative tasks as required by the MD. Travel to the Indapur factory location and remain on-site for days or weeks as needed. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism. Ability to work independently and handle pressure. Bachelor's degree preferred, though not mandatory.
