Job Title: Modular Production Manager
Years of Experience: 3-5yrs
Job Location: Factory Location

As a Production Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for leading and managing our production team, production efficiencies, ensuring and fostering a collaborative and safe work environment for our resolute team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day production operations for the modular furniture line.
• Must manage the material and interpret architectural and technical drawings to ensure production accuracy and feasibility.
• Generate precise cutting lists for production based on approved drawings.
• Conduct regular site visits to coordinate production requirements, validate measurements, and resolve any technical discrepancies.
• Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations and supervisory capacity
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as as a group
