Plan and define data flow across key modules like HR Payroll, Attendance Supervision, etc. Finalize best-fit technologies, folder structures, and API communication layers. Define integration logic, system boundaries, and interaction points between services. Collaborate with backend, frontend, and DevOps teams to guide implementation. Tech Evolution Plans Were evolving toward a modular and scalable architecture, considering: Transition from monolith to service-oriented or modular monolith design. Efficient data access and sharing strategies across modules. Well-defined permission systems and RBAC models. Robust CI/CD and deployment strategy in cloud environments. Experience with ERP or large-scale custom CRM systems. Cloud deployment knowledge (AWS, GCP). Understanding of frontend/backend collaboration and mobile-first approache
