You will work as a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst at RSM, serving as a liaison between stakeholders to gather, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems. Your primary focus will be on providing ITSM process support, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Configuration Management, and Knowledge Management, to help the organization achieve its goals effectively.
