Job Title: Mobile Developer Experience: Minimum 3 years in Flutter Location: Bengaluru / Kochi Work Mode: WFO Responsibilities: Develop high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using Flutter and native technologies (Swift, Kotlin/Java). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Translate UI/UX designs into functional mobile applications with responsive layouts. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks. Maintain clean, testable code and follow standard development practices. Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and app deployment. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with minimum 2 years in Flutter. Proven experience as a Native Mobile Developer with a portfolio of published apps. Proficiency in Flutter/Dart, as well as native development in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android). Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices. Experience working with third-party libraries, APIs, and Firebase. Familiarity with state management in Flutter (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.). Proficient in version control systems such as Git. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
