Hiring for HRBP with Automation industry for Pune. Position Name - HRBP Experience 5 to 10 years Education - Any Graduate or Post Graduate in HR will be preferred Location Pune Job Responsibilities Working knowledge in Legal Compliance like PF, ESIC, MLWF, Gratuity, Bonus. In accordance with the requirement of the HQ HR policies, combined with the HQ management systems and Indian national policies and regulations, implement the Indian HR management processes, avoid employment risks, and ensure employment compliance. Be responsible for recruitment, training, compensation and performance, onboarding, offboarding, transfer, and retirement management, etc. of the Indian subsidiary. Have practical experience in EPF, ESIC, etc. Have extension Labor license and FRRO experience is preferred. Be responsible for the cross-cultural integration between the HQ and the Indian team, create a positive organizational atmosphere, and ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the organization.
