You will be responsible for providing SAP solutions and IT technical support in the functional areas of EWM and WM to Mahindra Spare Unit domestic businesses. Acting as a key communicator for IT system requirements, you will collaborate with the operation team on updates. Your primary objective is to analyze the appropriate technology, work with service providers, and define sprints and project plans for timely project delivery. You should continuously update your knowledge in two key areas: gaining business knowledge in process changes or new product/business process development, and staying informed about new technologies and methodologies for project delivery. Identifying opportunities for process improvements, defining problem statements, and proposing solutions in collaboration with customers will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for horizontally deploying effective solutions to ensure standardization and process improvement across businesses. Identifying training needs for business team members, conducting timely training sessions and workshops, and ensuring that users have the necessary skillsets to handle SAP end-user activities are also part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will manage daily support activities for SAP to ensure a seamless user experience and business continuity while also overseeing project management tasks. Acting as a front-end support for business representatives, you will provide solutions and implement new projects in a changing environment. Conducting knowledge transfers, training, and providing support to subordinates to facilitate their growth and development will also be part of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have 5-8 years of experience in SAP daily call management in core functional areas such as MM, SD, and FI, with a minimum of 3 project implementations. Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in auto and ancillary businesses, is preferred. A graduation degree, preferably in Operations, along with a management degree will be an added advantage. Your primary skills should include functional expertise in areas of EWM, WM, IM, DMS, and MKM. You should be able to work independently and act as a subject matter mentor to more junior team members. Understanding best practices and benchmarking processes in the related industry, along with demonstrating behavioral competencies such as anticipating and leveraging business opportunities, fruitful resource utilization, customer delight, generating new ideas, being accountable for results, teamwork, and collaboration, and showing passion for work will be essential for this role.,
