MIS Executive

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and maintain our management information systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering data, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires coordination across multiple departments, with a key focus on data accuracy, reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, consolidate, and validate data from various internal teams and external platforms.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (marketing, sales, and operations).
• Prepare dashboards, visualizations, and presentations using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight anomalies or trends.
• Support campaign tracking and lead management reporting (especially in real estate campaigns).
• Coordinate with digital marketing teams to track lead flow, conversion rates, and ad performance.
• Maintain and update databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Automate repetitive tasks and improve reporting efficiency.
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting through historical data trends.
• Work with CRM and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot (preferred).

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.)
• Knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Data Studio / Looker Studio.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and lead tracking.
• Familiarity with CRMs, lead management systems, and APIs is a plus.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Commerce, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar MIS/Data Analyst role.
• Experience in the real estate or digital marketing domain is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
