Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience and be proficient in MS Excel and Power BI. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed a Data Analytics course and possess strong analytical and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports as required by management.
• Develop and manage dashboards using Power BI to support business decisions.
• Create and automate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
• Work closely with different departments to gather data and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Analyze trends and provide actionable insights based on business data.
• Support management in process improvements through data-driven recommendations.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in MIS or data analysis roles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level) is a must.
• Good working knowledge of Power BI.
• Certification in Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
