Selection The candidates who have passed the pre-selection step will be invited for an interview so that the selection panel can evaluate them objectively and impartially based on the selection criteria, as listed in the present call for expression of interest. Position Overview As a Technical Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in translating various regulatory and compliance (RaC) requirements into actionable product features for our software development teams. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to analyze high-level regulatory and compliance requirements for mandated features, as well as maintenance for our existing RaC & RaC-adjacent features. Convert requirements into clearly-defined & detailed user stories & own them through their lifecycle, ensuring clarity in scope, technical feasibility, and acceptance criteria. Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, planning, and daily stand-ups to ensure maintaining alignment between product and engineering teams Define/document JIRA Epics and stories to drive delivery against requirements as well as track/manage delivery of key capabilities or features. Required Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess/illustrate: 3+ years of Healthcare IT/tech experience. Working knowledge of healthcare, healthcare technology, or compliance is strongly preferred. Experience supporting Regulatory and compliance (RaC) initiatives such as 21st Century Cures, Quality (MIPS/MVP) Program and/or HTI-1 initiatives would make you stand out.
