Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mining Expert located in Latehar. The Mining Expert will be responsible for conducting one-on-one mock interviews with mining professionals and students, providing detailed feedback, and offering performance insights to help candidates improve their interview skills. The role also involves developing interview questions, staying updated with industry trends, and customizing interview sessions for different mining roles.

Qualifications

• Expertise in various mining roles such as Geologist, Mining Engineer, and Safety Officer
• Strong knowledge of industry-specific technical and behavioral interview questions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and performance insights
• Experience in conducting interviews or training sessions
• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field
