Enforce safety protocols, statutory regulations, and environmental norms. Manage shift reports, coal dispatch challans, and equipment monitoring. Implement disaster and monsoon preparedness plans. Candidate Requirements: Experience as Shift In-Charge or Asst. Manager (Production) in open cast coal mines. Sound knowledge of HEMM utilization, fire safety, environmental management.
