We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems and Middleware Support Engineer with hands-on experience in supporting enterprise business applications such as Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, Tableau, JBoss, MicroStrategy, Web Methods, or similar platforms.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Unix, Windows, and AIX operating systems administration, with strong shell scripting skills for automation.
You will provide expert-level support for middleware technologies, application/web servers, and manage automation jobs using Control-M.A working knowledge of database management, firewalls, load balancers, and network components is essential.
Responsibilities include incident and problem management, ensuring SLA compliance, and proactive monitoring of systems and applications.
You will collaborate across teams to enhance the stability, performance, and scalability of IT operations while continuously developing and maintaining automation solutions.Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and a keen focus on service reliability are key to success in this role.
Multiple roles both for Night shift and Morning Shift.
Immediate to 15 days joiners prefferd.
