Mid-Level Bench Sales Recruiter (2 Openings)

This is Onsite role at Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad. Working hours are Indian Night shift. Timing 7:30 PM IST - 4:30 AM IST (9 AM EST - 6 PM EST) Please apply only if you are available to work night shift and onsite. NO REMOTE.

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Bench Sales Recruiters with a minimum of 2 years of US IT marketing experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates must have strong expertise in marketing IT consultants, a proven track record of placing candidates on projects, and a deep understanding of the latest trending technologies.

Required Skills:

We're looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or similar experience, full-time commitment is essential.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• A strong understanding of the US sales market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A goal-oriented, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Sheets
• Additional IT skills (advantageous)
• Prior experience in the US (preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Market and place IT consultants on client projects by leveraging strong vendor relationships, job portals, and other recruitment networks.
• Identify opportunities, negotiate rates, and close deals efficiently to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of emerging and trending technologies to better market consultants.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless placements.
• Maintain updated records of consultant submissions, client interactions, and deals closed.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of US IT Bench Sales/Marketing experience.

Expertise in working with H1-B, GC, EAD, and citizen consultants.

Strong knowledge of the latest trending technologies in the IT domain.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to achieve targets in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
