Job Title:

Experience:

MicroStrategy Report Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop reports, dashboards, and documents using MicroStrategy Web, Desktop, and Mobile.
Collaborate with business users to gather and understand reporting requirements.
Create visually effective and user-friendly reports and dashboards.
Write and optimize SQL queries for report development.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of report outputs through thorough validation and testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues in a timely manner.
Maintain and enhance existing MicroStrategy reports as per business changes.
Create and update documentation for reports and dashboard solutions.
Stay updated with the latest MicroStrategy reporting features and functionalities.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with MicroStrategy reporting.
Proficient in creating reports, documents, and dashboards using MicroStrategy Web and Desktop.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

MicroStrategy certifications (Reporting or Analyst level).
Familiarity with MicroStrategy Dossiers and Visualizations.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience with other BI tools is a plus.
