Job description Managing the tendering process: Has to be responsible for managing the tendering process from start to finish. This includes identifying tender opportunities, familiarity with GEM portal, preparing tender documents, coordinating with internal departments to ensure that all requirements are met, and submitting tenders by the deadline. Update Emails in the Task Manager on a day-to-day basis Send In-Receipt Emails to customers with concerned people in copy Alert Relevant teams on urgent request by customer/vendor and escalate and copy relevant team members in Email. Ensure timely submission of documents coordinating with relevant team members. Maintain Documents in the relevant folder and link with the ERP. Submit Bi-Weekly reports on submissions pending and document approval pending. Document editing of required documents and support business development executives with required documents for vendor registrations.
