Must have skills : Microsoft Intune Good to have skills : Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM) Minimum 0-2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : • Professional Attributes: Good with communication, Documentations and presentation skills Should be a team player Flexible with shift/support requirements. Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure seamless functioning of systems and services to meet business needs and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Ensure smooth operations of production systems and services. - Manage service delivery based on operational requirements. - Provide technical support to resolve system issues. - Collaborate with team members to enhance system performance. - Implement operational best practices for system efficiency. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune. - Strong understanding of system operations and maintenance. - Experience with troubleshooting system issues. - Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management.
