You are a seasoned Frontend Architect who will be responsible for leading the design and development of scalable, high-performance frontend architecture for mobile and web platforms at Ouro. Your role will involve defining the frontend strategy, implementing best practices, mentoring developers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product, UX, and backend engineering. Based in Noida with a hybrid work setup, your key responsibilities will include leading frontend architecture and design for both mobile and web applications, collaborating with teams to introduce new features, maintaining and enhancing existing codebases, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs, ensuring code quality and performance, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing among frontend developers.
