The Technical Trainer position at Cograd is a contractual opportunity to be a part of a national STEM education program aimed at empowering girl students of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (NVS). As a trainer, your role will involve conducting engaging hands-on sessions in Microcontroller Basics, Arduino, Robotics, IoT, Coding (Python, C++, Scratch), and AI. Your key responsibilities will include delivering workshops and Innovation Clubs at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, customizing teaching methods to cater to the diverse learning needs of girl students, collaborating with Cograd to enhance content based on feedback, and maintaining records of training sessions and participant progress. The contract terms for this role include a project-based duration with the flexibility of conducting sessions either on-ground or online. For on-ground sessions, travel and stay arrangements will be provided, with a compensation of 1,000 per day inclusive of travel and accommodation expenses. To qualify for this position, you should be a B.Tech graduate or a current B.Tech student in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields. Additionally, proficiency in Microcontrollers, Arduino, Robotics, IoT, Python, C++, Scratch, and AI is required, along with strong communication and teaching skills, and an adaptable attitude towards travel.
