Collaborating with the team to brainstorm ideas and create proposals for client projects is vital. Furthermore, you will need to ensure the smooth execution of events by coordinating with the Design and Production teams. Managing costs effectively to ensure profitability and booking artists and vendors as required are also part of the responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of relevant experience in client servicing and relationship management. Exceptional communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with clients and team members. You should demonstrate an outstanding ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients. A proven track record in client retention and relationship management will be advantageous for this role.,
