You are a detail-oriented and experienced IT Specialist responsible for managing Microsoft O365 and Azure environments, implementing RBAC, conducting BCP drills, and leading cybersecurity efforts. Reporting to the IT Head, you will ensure the reliability, scalability, and optimal performance of O365 and Azure environments. Your responsibilities include implementing RBAC policies for secure access control, monitoring system performance, and resolving issues promptly. Additionally, you will plan and execute BCP drills, maintain detailed documentation for audit compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to review and update continuity plans regularly. In terms of cybersecurity, you will assist in developing and enforcing policies, lead incident management efforts, conduct security audits, and implement training programs to enhance cybersecurity awareness among employees. You will also conduct tests on IT systems to ensure compliance with audit requirements, collaborate with auditors to address findings, and keep documentation updated. The qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, relevant certifications, and at least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including O365 and Azure. Strong expertise in O365 and Azure administration, RBAC implementation, troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.
