Content Curator What You Will Do Let's do this. Let's change the world. We are seeking a detail-oriented and research-savvy Content Curator to support our enterprise Search Program within the pharmaceutical sector. This role is critical to improving how scientists, researchers, clinicians, and business teams discover relevant, accurate, and well-structured information across vast internal and external data sources. You will curate, classify, and optimize content to ensure it is accessible, contextual, and aligned with regulatory standards. Roles & Responsibilities Curate scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial content for internal search platforms. Source and aggregate relevant content across various platforms. Ensure high-value content is properly tagged, described, and categorized using metadata standards and taxonomies. Identify and fill content gaps based on user needs and search behavior. Organize and schedule content publication to maintain consistency. Analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization. Provide feedback on synonym lists, controlled vocabularies, and NLP enrichment tools. Apply and maintain metadata standards, ontologies, and classification schemes (e.g., MeSH, SNOMED, MedDRA). Work with taxonomy and knowledge management teams to improve tagging strategies and content discoverability. Capture and highlight top-performing content across multiple topics. Stay up-to-date with best practices and recommend improvements for content strategy. Edit and optimize content for search engine visibility. Perform quality assurance checks before content publication. Identify and track metrics to measure content effectiveness. Curate and review content across diverse categories. Understand fundamental data structures and algorithms for efficient content organization. Apply SEO techniques for search engine optimization and improved content visibility. Regularly check and update digital assets, modifying accessibility and security settings when needed. Investigate and document permission clearance for publishing data, graphics, videos, and media. Develop and manage a system for organizing and storing digital material. Convert assets to new formats and discard irrelevant material. Explore new trends and tools for digital content generation and curation. Basic Qualifications Degree in Data Management, Mass Communication, or Computer Science & Engineering preferred with 9-12 years of software development experience. 5+ years of experience in digital content curation or a related position. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to analyze data and derive insights for content optimization. Familiarity with metadata standards, taxonomy tools, and CMS platforms. Ability to interpret scientific or clinical content and structure it for digital platforms. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience with CMS, SEO, Google Analytics, GXP Search Engine, Solr Search, enterprise search platforms, Databricks. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to learn quickly and excel in a collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise search platforms (Lucene, Elasticsearch, Coveo, Sinequa). Experience with GCP Cloud/AWS Cloud/Azure Cloud. Experience with GXP Search Engine/Solr Search. Experience with SQL/NOSQL databases (Postgres SQL, MongoDB, vector databases for large language models). Hands-on expertise in Databricks, RDS, DynamoDB, S3. Experience in Agile software development methodologies. Good-to-Have Skills Willingness to work on AI Applications. Experience with popular large language models. Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex frameworks for language models. Experience with prompt engineering and model fine-tuning. Knowledge of NLP techniques for text analysis and sentiment analysis. Soft Skills Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with global teams. High degree of initiative and self-motivation. Team-oriented, focused on achieving team goals. Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
