Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Trainer to join our training team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering in-depth, hands-on training on MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with real-world projects and assignments to enhance learners' practical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured training sessions on the MERN stack to students or professionals.
• Teach core concepts of JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
• Guide students through full-stack project development from scratch.
• Assist in building and refining course materials, assignments, and real-time projects.
• Provide one-on-one mentorship and troubleshoot learners’ technical challenges.
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, libraries, and trends in web development.
• Collaborate with the academic team for smooth session planning and student engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), REST APIs, front-end and back-end integration.
• Experience with tools like Git, GitHub, Postman, VS Code, MongoDB Compass, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to break down complex concepts and teach them in a clear, engaging manner.
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with deployment tools (Heroku, Netlify, Vercel, etc.).
• Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
• Experience in building scalable, production-level applications.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum practices.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹450.00 per hour
