MERN stack developers should have the ability to translate Wireframes and PSD Designs into functional web apps. Binding of UI elements to JavaScript object models Creating Restful services with Node JS MERN stack developers must have proven experience in front-end & back-end development Must know MongoDB, Express, Node JS, & React. Be responsive to change requests and feature requests Write code that is cross-platform and cross-device compatible MERN full-stack developers must have the ability to wear many hats and learn new technologies quickly Must have good Knowledge of Node Debugging Understanding & proficiency in REST APIs. Should know about Git. Integration of data storage solutions [RDBMS, NoSQL DB] Some awareness of CI/CD Proficient in writing and executing complex queries in MongoDB. Previous working experience as a MERN Stack Developer for 1-3 years. Hands-on experience with JavaScript Development on both client and server-side Proficient in technologies like Node.JS, HTML, CSS, React, React Native, Express & JS Have a good understanding of programming practices like DRY, dependency inversion, delegation, OOPs and SOLID principles. Consumer Web Development Experience for High-Traffic, Public Facing web applications Creating secure RESTful-based web services in JSON, Javascript, and JQuery. Working knowledge of code versioning, CI/CD and pipeline testing tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be a strong networker & relationship builder You should pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard Very strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously Prior experience in React Native will be a huge plus.
