MERN Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled web application developer with experience in active software development or maintenance projects. Your main responsibility will involve implementing and improving user interfaces and features, along with creating automated unit and integration tests. You will collaborate closely with our team to support and develop projects as necessary. It is crucial that the code you produce is well-organized and of top quality to ensure solid application performance and an exceptional user experience. As part of your role, you will be required to develop full-stack web solutions using Node JS and React JS, as well as create new features and user interfaces based on wireframe models. Ensuring optimal performance and user experience of the application, identifying and fixing bugs and performance issues, writing clean, readable, and testable code, and collaborating with backend developers, designers, and the team are also key responsibilities. Qualifications for this position include 1-2 years of professional experience in web development using React and Node JS, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Node JS and React JS, familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB, expertise in RESTful APIs and mobile networking libraries, experience in application profiling and debugging, proficiency in Source Code management tools like Github and Gitlab, and previous experience in an Enterprise Development Environment. Experience with Node.js and React for at least 1 year, as well as a full-time job commitment, are preferred qualifications for this role. Additionally, you should be comfortable with the specified salary range of 2.15LPA to 2.75LPA for the MERN Developer position at Lattech.
