Technical Oversight : Review MEP drawings and technical submittals, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. Site Supervision : Monitor on-site MEP activities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Stakeholder Communication : Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution. Quality Assurance : Conduct inspections and audits to ensure MEP installations meet regulatory and company standards. Documentation : Maintain accurate records of project progress, including reports, schedules, and compliance documentation. Preferred candidate profile (Qualifications) Educational Background : Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering. Experience : Typically, 58 years of relevant experience in MEP project management or site supervision. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with MEP systems, construction processes, and relevant codes and standards. Software Skills : Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Certifications : Additional certifications in safety (e.g., OHSAS) or quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) are advantageous.
