Key Responsibilities: Review plumbing designs, drawings, and BOQs received from consultants or design teams. Plan and supervise plumbing installations including water supply, drainage, rainwater harvesting, STPs, pumps, and firefighting lines. Coordinate with civil, electrical, and HVAC teams to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems. Monitor and ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks for plumbing installations and materials. Prepare and track daily, weekly, and monthly reports on work progress. Review contractor bills, verify quantities, and ensure work done as per scope. Ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC norms, and local municipal regulations. Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for material delivery and manpower management. Support procurement team in selecting plumbing materials and equipment. Assist in testing and commissioning of all plumbing services. Attend site meetings and provide technical input as required. Implement and maintain safety standards for plumbing works on site.
