Job Description

Position:

Base Location: Siliguri

Design and oversee MEP systems for construction projects.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers for project implementation.
Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MEP systems during construction and after completion.

Required Candidate Profile:

Qualification :- Diploma/ BE (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil
Must have 3-5 Years Experience in Residential & other building construction
Proven experience in MEP design and implementation for real estate projects.
Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
