Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with 0 to 5 years of experience to join our team as a Mendix professional. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for excellent customer service.
Conduct thorough analysis of recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Create and manage job postings, resumes, and other recruitment materials.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry trends and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
