Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents. Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Define scope of work and ensure project milestones are met. Supervise waterproofing application methods (e.g., membrane, PU coating, cementitious, bituminous). Site Management Oversee daily site operations and manage site supervisors and foremen. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients. Conduct site inspections to ensure proper application and workmanship. Ensure materials are delivered and used efficiently on-site. Client & Stakeholder Communication Serve as the main point of contact for clients and consultants. Attend progress meetings and provide regular project updates. Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. Quality & Safety Implement and monitor quality control procedures specific to waterproofing works. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce proper PPE use. Document and resolve any site issues, non-conformances, or delays. Financial & Documentation Monitor project costs and manage billing, variations, and claims. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and handover documentation. Ensure timely project close-out and completion certificates. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in the waterproofing industry . Strong knowledge of various waterproofing systems and materials. Familiarity with technical data sheets (TDS), method statements, and manufacturer guidelines. Skills & Competencies: Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Good negotiation, communication, and client handling skills. Proficient in MS Project / Primavera, MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project documentation. Working Conditions: Full-time position with frequent travel to project sites. Role Description Work in the areas of water systems and treatment plant evaluation, modelling and design, master planning and project delivery. Design clean and water treatment plants, typical applications being data centres, medical water systems, municipal, industrial, Pharma, and reuse/recycling water systems with payback evaluations. Must have experience working with water treatment technologies such as Membranes, Ion Exchange, CDI, Filtration, Chemical Dosing Systems and UV. Coordinating and adjusting the work effort within the project team to ensure project work is completed on schedule and within allocated budget. Execution of project design (management of resources within constraints of project budget and schedule) and culminating with management of the bid and construction phase engineering service support. Maintain regular and constructive communication with clients and project team members. Simultaneously managing multiple projects and clients. Compiling pre and post project completion documentation to a very high standard Support business development activities Qualifications: Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a high level of energy. *Responsible for overseeing sales revenue for organization within the water and wastewater treatment industry, managing a market focused team of regional dealers/representatives. Plans sales strategies, tracks prospects, co-ordinates sales efforts to achieve sales targets. Meeting with customers and consulting engineers to provide technical/sales product presentation, assess needs and propose appropriate equipment. Identifying & developing dealers & OEMs to increase market share in the region. Generates and presents competitive process designs, equipment proposals and approves/negotiates final pricing and terms. Identify and advise on trends in the industry that would impact on sales and specific product lines for the business. Prepare forecasts and reports on sales activities, develop and monitors budget for the region. Promote the business strategy within the region and client base to ensure all the products are effectively promoted. Develop & updating knowledge of new products, modifications, market trends and competitor strategy through reading, attending/presenting at trade shows and networking.
