Design and create internal posters, charts, logos and photos for printing purpose. Understand and establish design styles for various documents, finalizing the presentation methods. Engage with clients to clarify design requirements and ensure alignment with expectations. Create and modify financial charts using Illustrator, including cover pages and client-supplied files. Coordinate and prepare documents up to the prepress stage. Act as a trainer for new graphic design requirements within the Graphics Team. Manage and oversee a team of designers, including staffing, job assignment, task delegation, and deadline management. Analyze the scope of design projects, provide job estimations, and manage the design queue. Work on complex design jobs, including Interactive PDFs. Solve technical design issues and provide total turnaround time estimates for jobs.
