About the Role: We are looking for a Junior System Administrator to join our international IT infrastructure team. This role will involve managing basic system administration tasks and providing first-level support to our international teams/employees. Key Responsibilities: Monitor systems, databases, and cloud platforms using tools like Microsoft, VMWare, PRTG, Arctic Wolf, and Defender. Assist in user management, including account creation and permissions. Consolidation of existing data, support with data Analysis and provision of basic data for IT controlling, e.g. capacity and license management execute patch management tasks, including VMWare, Citrix, and Windows updates. Provide first-level international support, troubleshooting infrastructure and client issues. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience. Basic knowledge of system administration and monitoring tools. Familiarity with patch management and basic infrastructure support. Strong organizational and communication skills. Willingness to learn and support international teams across various time zones. Proficiency in German is an advantage but not a requirement. Candidates must, however, have a minimum of B2-level English proficiency to communicate effectively within the international teams and our headquarters.

Primary Responsibilities: Support the development of IoT frontend applications using Angular, Capacitor, and PrimeNG. Assist with IoT backend tasks using C#, .NET 8.0, and the Azure platform. Help maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Bicep. Nice to Have skills: Contribute to Salesforce development efforts, including basic customizations and integrations. Support and help maintain the SharePoint Online intranet platform. Learn and assist in the development of Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using Django (Python) and PHP. Support website development using Typo3, PHP, and SolR, collaborating with the marketing department. Monitor global websites and portals to ensure checklist compliance, user access support, and basic SEO assistance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Basic knowledge of Angular, Python, or C#. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps or Git). Exposure to web technologies like PHP, or MySQL is a plus. Eagerness to learn Salesforce, Azure cloud solutions, SharePoint Online, and modern web frameworks. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and willingness to collaborate with the international team. Proficiency in German is an advantage but not a requirement.
