Medical Sales Representative

Job Title: Medical Representative Location: - Greater Noida and Delhi Shift: Day Shift Responsibilities: Promote and detail nutraceutical products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), including general physicians, Neurologists, nutritionists, orthopedic and gynecologists. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives. Organize and execute product presentations, in-clinic demonstrations, and promotional campaigns. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new HCPs. Generate prescriptions and ensure product availability at retail outlets and pharmacies. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop effective sales strategies. Provide feedback on product performance and market response to the marketing and R&D teams. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, appointments, and sales reports. Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and compliance requirements. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or related field. 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sales preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented. Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
