Job Description

Ensure eligibility and compliance to practice as a Medical Physicist in India as per AERB norms and regulatory requirements. Oversee and manage radiation safety protocols in the facility, ensuring patient and staff safety during procedures. Utilize hands-on experience in advanced radiation therapy techniques like IMRT (Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy), IGRT (Image-Guided Radiation Therapy), SRS (Stereotactic Radiosurgery), and SRT (Stereotactic Radiotherapy). Collaborate with oncologists and medical teams to plan and deliver precise radiation treatments for patients. Conduct regular quality assurance checks on radiation therapy equipment and procedures, ensuring accurate and safe treatment delivery. Monitor and document all aspects of radiation exposure and safety, ensuring adherence to protocols. Maintain and calibrate radiation therapy equipment, ensuring optimal functioning for patient treatments. Assist in training staff and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
