Medical Oncologist

Role & responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cancer care and treatment plans for oncology patients
  
• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team for diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-ups
  
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment protocols as required
  
• Counsel patients and families regarding disease, treatment options, side effects, and outcomes
  
• Stay updated with the latest research, clinical trials, and oncology advancements
  
• Ensure high standards of care and patient satisfaction
  
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
  
• Participate in hospital CME programs, awareness camps, and community health initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

• DM or DNB in Medical Oncology (MCI/State Medical Council Registered)
  
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making capabilities
  
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
  
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
  
• Empathetic, compassionate, and committed to patient care
