Able to communicate with patient and patient satisfaction is very important Available to work in Night Shifts Able to handle electronic medical record, patient charts etc. Understand medical jargon, name of medication, diagnosis and treatment Aware about compliance issue for employee as well as medical practice Positive attitude, independent, task oriented, demonstrate work ethic, overall, goals, dedication is important Pharma/life science/medical education is a big plus.
