Develop and implement regional marketing plans and budgets that support the central marketing strategy and the regional sales objectives Coordinate and execute various marketing campaigns and activities like branch openings, events, webinars, seminars, roadshows, etc. across branches and partner networks Manage and optimize the use of owned media across branches and offices to performance of the marketing channels and platforms in the region, such as websites, landing pages, blogs, newsletters, etc. Track and measure the effectiveness and ROI of the marketing campaigns and activities and provide regular reports and insights to the management and the stakeholders Conduct market research and analysis to understand the customer behavior, preferences, needs, and satisfaction in the region Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and threats in the region and provide feedback and recommendations to the management Build and maintain strong relationships with the regional sales team, the local partners, and vendors Ensure compliance with the companies policies and guidelines and the regulatory requirements in the region What makes you a Great Fit? Post-graduate with Masters in Marketing and 5-7 years of experience in BTL marketing A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and on-ground activities Knowledge of the mutual fund industry, the market trends, the customer segments, and the competitive landscape in the region will be an advantage A strong communicator and presenter with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A creative and strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A self-motivated and result-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to travel frequently within the region and occasionally to other regions or the head office
