SCCM Admin (6 months - 1 year) - Program Analyst Key Responsibilities: SCCM Administration & Maintenance: Manage and maintain SCCM/MECM infrastructure, including servers, management point, distribution points, and clients. Perform health checks and routine maintenance of SCCM components. Monitor SCCM logs and troubleshoot issues related to deployments, updates, and configurations. Software & Patch Management: Deploy Windows updates, security patches, and third-party application patches using SCCM. Create and manage deployment packages for applications, drivers, and OS images. Ensure compliance with patching policies and update schedules. OS Deployment & Imaging: Configure and manage Windows OS deployment (OSD) using SCCM Task Sequences. Troubleshoot PXE boot, driver injection, and imaging related issues. Client Health & Troubleshooting: Ensure SCCM client health and remediate issues affecting deployments. Troubleshoot application installation failures, patching issues, and SCCM agent problems. Reporting & Compliance: Generate SCCM reports for software deployments, patch compliance, and inventory. Work with security teams to ensure endpoint compliance and vulnerability management. Technical Skills: Strong experience with SCCM/MECM (Current Branch ,2012, or later versions) administration. Handson experience with Software Deployment, Patch Management, and OSD. Good understanding of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory. Familiarity with Intune, Azure AD, and Modern Endpoint Management. Shifts: 24*7 rotational shifts Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Implementation of automation for client management. Innovation of the ZF software deployment infrastructure for the Operating Systems used (Linux, Windows, MacOS) in a virtual and hardware environment. Endpoint Management with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager is the main topic. Perform system design, engineering, installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of client infrastructure areas in Azure, Intune, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Autopilot. Perform a modern device management with Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. Develop an automated persona concept in Microsoft Endpoint Manager. Focus and implementation of process automation and drive creative innovations. Work in different IT projects in regards of Modern Device Management and drive them forward. Develop and optimize tools and processes to fulfill the needs of internal and/or external customers in the future. Create and communicate technical concepts and service-related concepts that fit all skill levels within the organization. Consultation and coordination with other Teams (IT, Engineering) Create and innovate global corporate IT standards. Operational support of the global ZF Software deployment Infrastructure services in a Co-Management. Your profile as Specialist IT Analyst - IT Expert Modern Device Management: Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field With min 3+ years of working experience of the IT field in the areas Modern Device Management, Microsoft landscape Cloud solutions (Azure). Software deployment Infrastructure ,Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MECM, Intune, Autopilot, Co-Management) Script languages (e.g., PowerShell), Reporting Services (PowerBI, SSRS) English language skills (Proficient Speaker) .Analytical abilities in addition to strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills . Ability to diagnose performance issues and tune system performance. Work with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel and management ITIL, LFCS certifications will be added advantage

End-User Support & Optimization: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving complex EUC issues related to Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. Migrate group policies (GPOs) for effective device management. Monitor and optimise desktop performance, security, and compliance standards. Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with corporate security policies, regulatory standards, and best practices. Manage and enhance endpoint security by deploying Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker encryption, and threat protection tools. Conduct regular patch management and vulnerability assessments. Collaboration & Cloud Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration tools like Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint. Implement cloud-based application management and remote working solutions. Manage OneDrive and cloud storage policies for secure file access and sharing. Automation & Process Improvement: Develop PowerShell scripts and automation workflows to streamline IT operations. Enhance self-service IT solutions for better end-user experience. Continuously evaluate and implement new EUC technologies to enhance productivity and security.
