Job Description

Responsibilties:

Ensuring the Calderys Safety Protocols during the work.
Good knowledge of Hydraulics & Hydraulic Press Machine (Repair, Maintenance & Troubleshooting)
Good Knowledge of Utilities (Boiler, Air Compressors, ETP & STP, DG Sets etc.), pumps & Gear Boxes (Repair, maintenance & troubleshooting)
Good knowledge of Pneumatic equipment (Maintenance & Troubleshooting), tunnel dryers / Blowers/ Heat Mass Transfer etc.
Good knowledge of Fabrication Related Jobs (Arc Welding, Plasma Cutting, Gas Cutting etc)
Knowledge of Project Implementation, spare Part Management for the department, accountable for maintaining Spare Parts Inventory & Timely ordering the spare parts using SAP.
Good Knowledge of Kaizen Implementation, 5S Implementation & Sustenance.
To manage daily activities of the maintenance department, ensuring efficient utilization of resources for meeting production targets.
Accountable for planning and coordination of all Preventive Maintenance, planned maintenance activities and breakdown activities in the plant to obtain maximum availability of plant machinery.
To take proper corrective action to minimize repetitive breakdowns with the review of Root Cause Analysis.
Responsible for maintaining IMS / ISO related documentation work.
Responsible for Maintaining & Sustaining the 5S in the maintenance area.
Support all the Capex & Opex Projects of Plant.
Handling the basic civil work activities for the plant.

Skills & Competencies:

Experience:

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 6 to 7 years of relevant experience

SAP Knowledge:
Mandatory working knowledge of SAP is required
