Assembling and Fitting: Fit and assemble components, structural frameworks, and housings according to blueprints and specifications using hand tools and welding equipment. Manufacturing: Operate lathes and other machines to create precision parts from various materials like steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, plastic, and cast iron. Repair and Maintenance: Maintain, repair, and overhaul machinery and equipment, including addressing faults and replacing worn-out parts. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve mechanical issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement improvements in processes. Blueprint Reading: Understand and interpret blueprints, plans, and 3D models to guide assembly and fabrication. Quality Control: Ensure high-quality production and adherence to industry standards.
