You will be joining a dynamic team as an IT Engineer at The Knot Worldwide, primarily responsible for Systems Administration focusing on Microsoft Windows and macOS. Your role will involve providing support to users in the Barcelona office and remotely across all other locations. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational skills, be self-directed, and excel in a collaborative environment. Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels within the organization is crucial for success in this role. Your key responsibilities will include managing the EUS ticket queue on a daily basis, overseeing Inventory Control and Asset Management (including Onboarding and Offboarding processes), system deployment for Windows and macOS, daily monitoring of systems, providing Video conferencing support (Google Meet), and fulfilling other IT functions as required. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Windows and Mac systems. Additional experience with Okta, Image/Video Management processes, Google Apps Suite, MDM (WorkspaceOne), and a strong technical understanding of Infrastructure and System dependencies are advantageous. The ability to translate technical information into business terms, along with strong written and verbal communication skills, is essential. Experience in writing technical documentation and training materials will be beneficial.
