Job Position - Windows VMware Support Engineer Exp - 4-8 years Location - Gurugram Skills - Windows admin,VMware, MDM Mangement, SolarWinds Notice period - Immediate - 15 days We are looking for a skilled Windows & Vmware Administrator to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Windows server administration, VMware environments, endpoint management, MDM solutions, software deployment, and monitoring tools like SolarWinds. Key Responsibilities: Windows Administration: Manage and maintain Windows servers and desktop environments, including patching, updates, and performance tuning. VMware Management: Administer virtualized environments using VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter. Endpoint Administration: Oversee endpoint security, configuration, and compliance across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. MDM Management: Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Intune, AirWatch, or similar platforms. Software Management: Deploy, update, and manage software applications across the organization using tools like SCCM or equivalent. Monitoring & Alerting: Utilize SolarWinds or similar tools to monitor system health, performance, and availability. Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 2/3 support for system and endpoint issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high user satisfaction. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations. Qualifications: Experience in Windows system administration. Strong knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies. Experience with endpoint management and MDM platforms. Proficiency in software deployment and patch management. Familiarity with monitoring tools like SolarWinds. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
