As a Senior MS Dynamics professional with 7+ years of experience, your main responsibility will be to lead the effort in designing, building, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics applications (specifically CRM) while also acting as the primary point of contact. Your client responsibilities will include translating business requirements into CRM technical design and configuration requirements, leading design, build, test, and deployment efforts for Dynamics CRM technology solutions, providing hands-on functional and technical knowledge, and managing client relationships within the context of the role. Proficiency in MSCRM Dynamics with in-depth knowledge of Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, CRM Portals, Web APIs, and Azure is essential. Having Power Apps skill set is a plus. You should also be proficient in the latest OOB features available in Dynamics CRM including Sales, Marketing Service, and Field service flows. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing technical estimates for solution implementation, and as a senior consultant, you are expected to excel in estimation methods and draw on experience/learning from multiple projects. Your people responsibilities will involve building a quality culture, fostering teamwork, leading by example, training and mentoring project resources, and participating in organization-wide people initiatives. Key qualifications include: - Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM - Good exposure to XRM Implementations - Proficiency in at least 3 of the following modules in MS Dynamics CRM: D365 for Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, Project Service Automation/Project Operations - Experience in planning and performing data migration into new systems, exposure to data migration process tools for CRM, and prior experience in complex integrations with CRM systems - Worked in Agile methodology and utilized ADO/VSTS to track user stories, bug fixing, and progress reporting - Experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end CRM implementations - Effective presentation skills to engage with audiences at various levels within the organization - Educational background of BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA with 4 to 8 years of industry experience Preferred skills include prior experience in leading and working with globally distributed teams, familiarity with agile methodology, MCSE or MCSA certification, 4/5 end-to-end CRM Implementations including globally distributed ones, CTI integration experience, MVP recognition, and FTRSA recognition.
