DMI is now a Encora company looking for a Customer Experience Personalization Engineer to join one of our largest healthcare clients! Required Skills: Design and implement Adobe Target activities (A/B, multivariate, experience targeting, recommendations, etc.) using both client-side (at.js) and server-side approaches. Develop and manage Profile Scripts and audience segments within AEP to enable targeted personalization. Integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Launch (ADC) for optimized tag deployment and data collection. Implement flicker-less logic and performance optimization techniques for seamless user experiences. Write and maintain custom JavaScript code for personalized experiences, mboxes, and enhancements. Collaborate with UX, Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to define personalization strategies and KPIs. Troubleshoot technical issues related to Adobe Target implementation and provide scalable solutions. Adobe Launch & Tag Management: Configure and manage Adobe Target implementation through Adobe Launch (Adobe Data Collection) Set up rules, data elements, and extensions within Adobe Launch Troubleshoot and optimize tag firing sequences and dependencies Ensure proper data layer implementation and integration
