Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive (MBA Fresher) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in sales, good communication skills, and a willingness to travel within assigned areas. This role offers excellent growth potential and hands-on exposure to sales strategies and client handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territory
• Pitch products/services to new and existing clients
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Travel within assigned area for meetings and client visits

Requirements:

• MBA degree (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management)
• Freshers welcome; internship experience in sales/marketing is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude
• Willingness to work in the field and travel regularly
• Must own a bike with a valid driving license

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of the local market/territory
• Basic understanding of CRM tools or MS Office
• Time management and reporting ability
