About the Role We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Academic Counselor with a strong background in EdTech sales . The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into admissions by understanding students' educational and career needs and providing the right guidance. Key Responsibilities : Handle inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online leads. Counsel students and parents regarding various academic programs. Convert prospects into confirmed admissions by demonstrating value. Maintain follow-up and closure rates in line with targets. Track leads through CRM and maintain daily reporting. Collaborate with marketing & operations teams for lead generation and feedback. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Requirements : Minimum 2–4 years of experience in EdTech or education sales (mandatory). Strong understanding of the student/parent decision-making process. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data reporting.
