Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for providing technical support, communicating effectively with customers, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably Industrial refrigeration, Ammonia Compressors, Ice Machines, Condensers, etc.

Generate new B2B leads across cold storage, food processing, dairy, seafood, and chemical sectors.
Responsible for deal closures after lead qualification and quotation submission by our marketing agency.
Conduct site visits and understand client technical requirements.
Create and present detailed proposals and quotations in collaboration with the technical team.
Develop a strong understanding of products like Ammonia Compressors, Ice Machines, Condensers, etc.
Coordinate with design and manufacturing teams to tailor solutions.
Build long-term client relationships and provide after-sales support.
Attend trade shows, industry exhibitions, and networking events.
Maintain CRM entries and provide regular sales reporting.

Qualifications

Presentation and Communication skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to understand technical specifications
Experience in the industrial refrigeration industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
