To excel in this role, you will direct, motivate, manage, and work alongside writers, designers, and agency partners to maintain brand consistency in messaging and design. Encouraging a culture of creativity and strategic thinking will be crucial in inspiring others to comprehend, value, and enhance our brand standards. Effective collaboration with key stakeholders such as HR, Marketing, and Communication teams will be essential to maintain consistent messaging and branding across all relevant touchpoints. Staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in employer branding and talent acquisition, particularly in the competitive Indian market, will be expected. In addition, your experience should extend to handling other projects related to brand strategy, brand architecture, global advertising campaigns, and brand guidelines/toolkits. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 15 years of corporate global brand experience, including 5-7 years in a B2B corporate brand or agency environment outside India, preferably with 1 to 2 years of experience onsite in the US or Europe. Experience in building and executing brands at a global scale, along with expertise in various aspects of brand strategy and visual and verbal identity, is highly desirable. Furthermore, a strong understanding of modern marketing tactics, the ability to ensure brand objectives are met across different channels, and a drive to innovate brand strategy and expression are essential qualities. Your leadership experience, both direct and through influence, in shaping an organization's brand strategy will be advantageous. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving requirements with strategic solutions is crucial.
