About the Role: We are seeking a data-driven, strategic, and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to spearhead lead generation and brand awareness for our expanding Data practice. This role is central to our growth strategy, with a primary focus on generating high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and strengthening our position as a leading data consulting partner. You will craft and execute targeted marketing campaigns that showcase our expertise and elevate our presence in the modern data stack ecosystem. Proactive thinking, speed, creativity, strong storytelling, and a results-driven mindset are essential for success. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & MQL Development Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for the Data practice. Leverage digital channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, webinars, and email campaigns) to drive lead acquisition and nurture prospects through the funnel. Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with pipeline goals, ensuring seamless handoff of MQLs. Implement lead scoring models and track conversion rates to optimize campaign performance. Expected Results: (example) Generate 50-75 MQLs per quarter, with a conversion rate of 20% to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). 2. Content Strategy & Thought Leadership Create and curate 10-15 high-impact content pieces monthly (3-4 videos, 5-6 blog articles, 1-2 whitepapers, and 3-4 customer success stories) to highlight expertise in Snowflake, AWS, AI, Analytics, and Data Engineering. Develop rapid-response industry insights to capitalize on trending updates and Snowflake releases. Manage content workflows with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. 3. Brand Awareness & Industry Positioning Manage corporate website, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube presence to boost engagement with data ecosystem stakeholders, clients, and influencers. Ensure brand consistency across websites, social media, marketing materials, and outbound communications. Craft compelling use case narratives to demonstrate problem-solving capabilities across industries. Maintain a content calendar aligned with data platform releases and industry events. 4. Event & Ecosystem Engagement Plan and execute participation in data-focused and Snowflake-sponsored events (e.g., Snowflake Summit, webinars, fireside chats, virtual roundtables). Organize webinars, executive roundtables, and regional Snowflake user group meetups to establish thought leadership and drive engagement. Partner with Snowflakes marketing team to co-brand assets, access ecosystem programs, and coordinate joint campaigns. 5. Performance Analytics & Optimization Track marketing KPIs (MQL conversion rates, content engagement, social media growth, brand awareness) using Google Analytics and Tableau. Optimize content distribution and lead generation strategies to maximize reach and conversions. Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to refine messaging and campaign effectiveness. Provide monthly reports on lead generation, content performance, and brand visibility metrics. Expected Lead Generation Results: Generate 30-40 Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) per month Contribute to at least 20% of overall pipeline value through marketing-sourced leads Maintain a 15% or higher conversion rate from MQL to SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) Reduce cost-per-lead by 15% quarter-over-quarter through optimization Achieve 25% growth in marketing-influenced revenue year-over-year Develop 3-5 high-converting lead generation campaigns per quarter Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4+ years in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on data services, Snowflake, or cloud-native products. Proven experience in lead generation and MQL campaign execution. Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities for technical and business audiences. Proficiency in content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Grammarly, Google Trends). Understanding of Snowflake, AWS, and the modern data stack. Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce). Strong organizational and project management skills. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Bonus Points: Experience marketing data warehousing, ETL, analytics, or data integration services. Prior experience working with or marketing within the Snowflake partner ecosystem. Certifications or coursework in Snowflake or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
